SAN276 /08 – top of Lambplan at 15/07/2011(Lamplan SAMM index 138)

This ram has a clean head and points throwing top sheep following the type of the Mike family, having also good growth with an excellent carcase with white wool. His mother had two sets of twins in 2007 and 2008 and both sons in each year were top sires. His wool measurement as a hogget was 20.4 micron and 99.5 comfort factor.
SAN74 /06 – third in Lambplan at 15/07/2011 (Lambplan SAMM index 131)

This ram is reproducing deep long sheep with bright white and great carcase. Each year that his progeny were sold, they have topped our sales. His sons this year will be the first offered since he was out of service through a broken leg.
His wool figures as a hogget were 20.5 micron and 99.7 comfort factor. As an adult ram, 21.4 micron 99.5 comfort factor and he weighed 117kilos, 54 eye muscle and 5 fat score, wool grade 9 out of 10.
This year his sons averaged 19.2 micron when measured as hoggets.
SAN211 /06 –(Lambplan SAMM index 122)
By AVM281 out of LT9074. His full brother, SAN62/07, sold for $7,100.
The combination of this breeding is producing exceptional carcase sheep. SAN211 is reproducing great wool on his progeny.
His wool as a hogget was 21.6 micron 99.1 comfort factor, wool graded 9 out of 10. His adult measurement figures were 101kilos, 49 eye muscle depth and fat score 4.

He has progeny in the Falklands, New Zealand and Australia. An outstanding sire which is producing animals with the same characteristics as himself, which are structurally sound with great carcases.
Adult measures were 121 kilos, 51 eye muscle depth with 7 fat score.
SAN392 /07 – (Lambplan SAMM index 122)
By GLH165 out of GS5006.
This sire is our tallest and most athletic ram, reproducing fast growing progeny, making great females, structurally correct.
Hogget wool was 22.2 micron, comfort factor 99.3. Adult wool was 22.7 micron, 98.9 comfort factor.
GLH3165 has produced a champion ram at the Perth Royal Show
SAN99/05
By JVB2093 out of CRC6180.
This is one of the last rams we kept by JVB2093 who is by LT8222. LT8222 was triplet and this family is fertile with top wool on a very respectable carcase.

By Cullam 1035 out of Wyvern R6/06. SAN 573 has consistently produced top progeny year after year, good wool cutters on a good carcase. R6/06 produced a champion ewe at the Perth Royal Show.
Adult measures were 123 kilos with a 49 eye muscle depth, 4 fat score, wool grading 9.

SAN104 is our best quality wool producer. Hogget wool measured 21.5 micron, 98.7 comfort factor. Adult measurements were 21.8 micron, 99.5 comfort factor. His dam’s sire GS6002 was regarded as one of the best rams in South Africa in his year. Grandsire of Mike. Wool Grade 10/10
SAN541/04 (Mike – Lambplan SAMM index 128)
By champion ram in South Africa JVB18 out of a ewe that has bred champions, JVB5218.
Mike has had a significant impact on our stud. He has reproduced fantastic ewes with bright wool. Many of the rams on offer are out of his ewes.
Mike’s dam, JBV5218, has bred quads as well as producing champions in South Africa. We regard as the best ewe we saw in South Africa.
Adult measurements were 143kilos, 55 eye muscle, 8 fat score, wool grading of 9.
